I was checking my Email and in my Spam folder I see this:

I started freaking out since Ive been unable to get on since I was changing over computers. But after I changed my password and got on I saw that the hacker failed to get in. Im just wondering what else can I do to ease my mind?

After further investigating I saw that someone in Texas was clawing their way into my account so I booted them on my security page and then changed my password again and then changed my Email Password. Its now been three hours since this happened and was wondering if Im in the clear? Am I being keylogged? I ran PC Matic, Norten and CCleaner and nothing showed up. I could get Avast again. What should I do? I cant get an Authicticator since I dont have a Smartphone.

The log-in from TX may be the forum IP address. The forum IP address shows up sometimes when you use the forums.

If you log into the forum, and the IP address shows up at that moment in Account Security, then it is you using the forum. You can Whois the address to see if it belongs to NCSoft or ArenaNet.
