Q:
So, I go onto my account and log in. When I start playing it logs me out just instantly saying there is an error. So, I don’t mind it, because it happened to me a lot before. So I try logging in again, and it says I was banned for saying inappropriate language… I don’t know if this was my brother on my account, or maybe another person who had a similar name as mine (Sir Derpula), but I know that I shouldn’t say inappropriate words because of the CoC and ToS… anyone got any suggestions about if I could possibly get the bans lifted? Or can I only wait? And if this somehow happens again, Will I get permanently banned?

This is one of the reasons one should never share their account with anyone. You can contact support and ask about why specifically you were suspended, and find out if it was your brother’s action. If so, you might want to stop sharing an account with him.
You can not get the suspension lifted, unless your account was compromised by someone outside your family or friends. It is against the rules of the ToS to share your account, as well, so that wouldn’t be a valid reason to get the suspension lifted.

Good luck. =)
You are not banned, just suspended.
You basically have to wait it out. There is nothing more you can really do. And the “my little brother did it” excuse is one they have heard millions of time, and it hasn’t worked with any of them, so i don think it will work for you.
It is also highly unlikely that this was mistaken identity. Your name would have be reported, and they would verify that you did break a rule before issuing a suspension.
And yes you can be permanently banned for multiple infractions on your account.
