I tried doing this in the Support page but it just won’t submit. The circle keeps rotating on the submit button but it just doesnt submit. So I am resorting to posting it in the forums.
About two days ago, I purchased several gems. On my third purchase, I received a Card Verification failed message. So i decided to do it again and ensured that all my details are correct (also made sure I didnt reach my credit card limit). But still kept getting the same messages. Been trying for about two days now with no luck. Also checked my bank account and I have not been charged while getting the error messages. Would appreciate the help to look into this. The details I put in are correct and I have checked them countless times.

You may be hitting one of the fraud prevention measures. Not to suggest that you’re a fraudster! For situations like this, I really encourage you to contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. They will be able to assist you. Thanks Gaile for getting back to me. I did try to do that using the Ask a question tab but when I press submit, it just doesn’t submit. the cursor keeps circling for hours and just won’t submit. That’s why I posted it in the forums to get some attention. Also, its been over a week now and I still can’t purchase anything.
Your ticket should be able to get through. Have you tried using a different browser? Also press control+F5 so that your cache is cleared before trying again.
In your ticket ask for a 48-hour window to be opened so that you can purchase. I’m able to purchase in my account but my wife’s account got blocked. We need to ask support to open an window every time she wants to buy gems.

Thought I would chime in as a former banker as well. Some merchant accounts that banks use have “Real time exclusion,” which can cause the merchant to auto-decline the transaction after one goes through because the merchant is unfamiliar with the company or the transaction seems out of your normal spending pattern. This will cause the validation error as well. (happened to two of my friends when they tried purchasing this game).
If the error comes up again, try contacting your bank to let them know the transaction is valid. Usually within the hour the transaction can be submitted again successfully.
