When will I get my CE items?
I applied GW2 CE to my account and I never even got a notice about my items or anything. I’m a little disappointed at the moment. Why haven’t I got what I paid for?
Did you put in a ticket? I am sure they will look into it. Seems like they have moved on from prioritizing hacked accounts and have really started to delve into other types of issues…

it should be in your mail. Check all your characters? Also did you create several characters and then delete them without checking mail?
Nope, haven’t made a single one since I created it. Made tickets… never got a response. I literally have got nothing as for a response as to why I’m not getting my stuff. Maybe the problem isn’t on our end? I’m think they need to check over their stuff. I’d like my items.
I’ve been fighting a similar battle. The website won’t accept my CE key so I can’t upgrade my account. The CS guy said he reviewed my account and says it’s not a CE account so I can’t get the items…
I swear I wanted to reach through the internet and slap him…the whole issue is the website won’t allow me to upgrade.
That is exactly what i tried to do… I applied it, it says. but earlier it said serial code overlap… and such. it is a CE code though. who/where do i go to to have them apply it to my account for upgrade?
I’m having a similar issue except my items were deleted on the character I deleted. I forgot to put them into the bank before doing so. I’ve submitted a ticket on launch week and they said they were looking into it, so I’ve closed the ticket. I’ve just sent another one hoping to get a response and maybe an update on it.
Dunno why they didn’t just do the /bonus thing
I am also aware of a Karma vendor in LA which sells a HOM stone so why not just put the CE ( at least the mini rytlock ) there too for those who have CE
I still am not sure if it applied the code or not to upgrade my account. NEED HELP PLEASE.
