There used to be a way to see all of your outstanding and closed support tickets, and I believe with the related correspondence. I don’t see how to get there now?

I have an outstanding support issue and it was redirected to another department, and I haven’t heard anything in a few days, and wanted to go see if there was any status update on the ticket itself, but I don’t see how to do that any more.

You see only what is in your email correspondence with Support. You can, perhaps, update your ticket to inquire, but if anything has changed, they will inform you by email.

The former process is no longer active.
