I bought a hard-copy of guild-wars 2 in a best buy yesterday, installed and activated my account today, for pretty much the full, non-discounted price. I’m playing now, but there’s no hint of this free digital deluxe upgrade. Do I not qualify for it?

no worries u still can just play through the game and save up gold till you have enough to buy the amount of gems needed to purchase the upgrade via ingame tradingpost/shop
