Hello.

I have issues with my mouse, it produces random clicks when i hold left mouse button. I lost one item today because it was dropped between windows and destroyed. Support says they can’t help me in such situation.

But why?

Buy a new mouse. It’s not their problem you have faulty equipment.

Faulty mouse or player error. It’s still the same thing. If the item was destroyed due to a bug, then you can open a Support Ticket. Until then, Behellagh has a good suggestion.

I don’t blame developers for it. I ask why they can’t assist me in such situation. No tools or what?

Because it’s your fault (player error), and the Support Team’s time is better spent helping people who were hacked or encountered bugs.

Remember. Time is money. If they did this for you, they’d have to do this for EVERYONE in the game that makes a mistake. There wouldn’t be enough time to help people with real issues at that point.

My guess its number of staff. There are only so many people on the support staff and if they spend time reversing people’s mistakes then that is time they aren’t putting on people who get hacked or have other serious problems. This isn’t a subscription based game after all and the budget they have will reflect that.

The money that’s coming in right now is probably mostly from gem sales. That has to support the whole game which means there are budgets that have to be met.

Time == handy tools. If they could help people in two clicks… I don’t think i am first who asks for it. And they had enough time to write right programs. I don’t think this is the reason.

They try to protect themselves from scam? Is it possible to restore specific item at all? What if i will lose a legendary weapon and will be angry enough to stop play the game?
