Hello, about 15 minutes ago, I was trying to transfer to SFR after buying 1000 gems with gold, I dont really know what happened but for some reason I got transfered to miller’s sound and I dont really know what to do.
Note: I’ve been farming a lot and spent many hours to earn the gold to transfer with my guild to SFR I hope arenanet support team takes this into consideration, thanks.

I had the same problem, you have to wait a week, then transfer to sfr. There were question window before transfer, so you should had notice aware of where and for how long transfer will be.

Unfortunately, this is not something that Support will be able to assist you with. You will need to wait until you are able to put in another transfer and then continue with your move. Support will not be able to move your account for you, nor will they be able to refund the gems used in the first transfer.

They have given refunds and transfers back to the original servers to some people so its worth a try to contact them. Contact support and ask. If they refuse you haven’t lost anything and they may well be able to help you.
