I’ve already filed a help ticket about this issue, but I just stumbled across this thread and wanted to post here in case it was helpful. I’ve been looking forward to the beautiful Zenith weapon skins since I first saw them. I had a similar issue to many in the thread – I completely unintentionally selected the wrong Zenith item, and have ended up with a skin that my main character cannot use at all. I was crushed, though I do take some solace in the fact that I’m not the only one that has experienced this.

I look forward to hearing if there’s anything that can be done, and I appreciate the response that you’re looking into it, Gaile and everyone else.

Same issue here. I mistakenly clicked warhorn, when I actually wanted dagger.

I have found an issue with the Zenith preview at the Chest Award when selecting which Zenith item. The preview show in red the item is not suitable for your profession when it is and proved to be at a later stage.

I ve got all my Zenith correctly only after a very long deliberation in hours and days. I found the process very tricky.

So you improved the zenith selection window but what about the ppl who had picked wrong skins because of this? Any update? I still have the Axe skin which i didnt want and havent used yet.

I have a different problem with the zenith skins. I was careful with picking the skin so I got the correct ones. But when I applied the skin (specifically the zenith trident), I could no longer see my trident. It’s like it became invisible and I also could no longer see the preview of the zenith trident when trying to preview skin on my achievement window.

What’s odd is that other people can see the zenith trident on my character and can preview the skin without any problem.

Any idea how to resolve this kind of problem?

From the description seems to be a problem clientside. You might consider repairing your game files.
