You would update your existing ticket with any and/or all of those concerns.
They are currently backed up a bit this seems to be a pretty big one this time
yes i believe so it looks like they used my account ti gather other peoples stuff and sell it, which really bothers me but what can you do!

Once you regain access, and after you have secured your computer and your e-mail account, please simply update your existing ticket and an agent will assist you.
I just checked my email account accesses and it looks like there was not access other then my ip so i am rescanning my pc again looking for key loggers. but my password for my account was never typed on this computer it was copy and pasted from a flash drive, but ya still looking

I am showing the same thing on my end but mine was typed, no keyloggers 1 week old window install
Same thing happened to a friend of mine: his email logs were clear of any suspicious logins and his computer was clear of malware (not only that, his gaming computer was never used for anything other than GW2 — no web surfing, no checking email, no other games, nothing.)
Yet, without email access, the hackers entered the game and stole his stuff.
Did the hackers turn on mobile authentication? That seems to be pretty common.
ya mobile authentication was turned on
I just noticed you use yahoo mail. Yahoo mail has access logs you can look at (search Google to find out how.. you just need to follow the right links once you’re logged in).
These logs tell you the all the dates and IP address where your account has logged in. Their purpose is for account security so they are unalterable. Even if hackers got into your email, they could not alter these logs.
So if you see unfamiliar IP addresses in these logs, then it’s very likely your email got hacked.
If you don’t see unfamiliar IP addresses, then either you were hacked before the earliest date on these logs (I’m not sure how far these logs go back), or ???
This has happened to me as well.
been forced to change my password 3 times in two days. I’ve lost all my gold, and a few items.
I scanned my computer and found nothing.
But I also use yahoo. So that might be my issue.
My e-mail was never logged in outside my location, so they definitely didn’t hack me through my e-mail. But just to be safe, I changed my password twice since then.
Without running your own email server and looking at the logs yourself, how can you be sure of that? How far do you REALLY trust your email provider to tell you if someone logged into your account?
Just as an added suggestion, change your linked email account.

If your email provider is Gmail or Yahoo mail or one of the other big ones, I would trust them:
The purpose of letting you see these logs is precisely for security: so that you can check whether your account has been accessed by someone else (both Gmail and Yahoo mail say exactly that).
Given the size of these companies, if these logs are not honest or can be manipulated, the consequences are enormous.
So yes, I feel they can be trusted.
the farthest back it goes is 1 month, my scans came up clean and i changed my email password just incase but i still have not got a reponse to my updated ticket

And yet you feel that Anet is somehow hemorrhaging log in info and covering it up? May I draw conclusions from THAT?
4/25 at about 4:30 am I was hacked they did it from another computer and I.P. I was in the middle of an event when the logged in and booted me from the game it said I was disconnected from server by an unauthorized log-gin from another IP. It still allowed them to log in and in the process they took all the gems and gold. I had this computer in the shop and just retrieved it from them 3 days ago. They guaranteed it to be free from ad-dons, or spyware or any other means of hacking.
Please, anyone whose account has been compromised should contact Customer Support for assistance. There is nothing that anyone can do on the forums to assist you. Account compromise incidents are one of our highest priorities and I have seen a decided reduction in the turn-around time in resolving these issues, so I encourage you to submit that ticket and wait for the personal assistance that you need and which we’re happy to offer you!
Thank you!
