cant log into Caledon Forest
I suggest you post and read the Tech Support forum, there have been threads on this and similar issues there. For example this thread here .
The part about the support ticket being a problem is something Gaile would like to hear about on this forum.
well thats typical -after days ive managed to log in.. grrr, oh well at least i can get out of that forest

Remember, there are two drop-down menus in the support ticket. You must choose something from each of them or you get an error. Good luck.
Also, if you cannot submit a ticket with the form, you can submit one via email to support@arenanet.com

That is correct. The e-mail address is support@guildwars2.com. Thanks for adding that. I should mention that submitting a ticket is a better means of contact because with the drop-down system you’re able to add more information so the ticket is properly queued from the start. I believe tickets save time over e-mails, but e-mails are fine, as well. Thanks.

I have seen quite a few mentions of that error when trying to submit a ticket from many different players. It seems there is difficult to see field (need to scroll up/down or left/right on the submission form maybe?) that is not getting entered by multiple users. That usually indicates someone needs to review the design of the submission form and possibly edit it a bit….
