collection expander problem
Hello, a few days bought a collection expander from gem store, got it and used it, but there were no changes to the stacksizes. Tried to contact game support, no answer yet. Any help or thoughts?

This is stating the obvious, so apologies in advance!!
Have you ensured the affected stacks are in your collections tab of the bank? The expander doesn’t affect inventory or bank slots.
Beyond that, its waiting on support (they’ve been a bit over-worked with a December gems reward issue, so they may take a little longer than usual to reply)
Here’s my guess: You had your bank open when you double clicked on it, so you could see your tasty new slots ASAP. So when you did, the item went into your bank instead of actually being used.

I had this happen when trying to add a bank bag slot. Very likely – and like Q said, hope that’s it, and if not, swift solutions!
