Guild Wars 2

I got $10.00 worth of gems so 800 gems. i then converted them into gold, 18 gold 56 silver. so i had 26 gold 98 silver. then i just wanted to see how many gems i would get with 26 gold 98 silver just to see how the conversions work. well i saw that it would give me 828 gems. thats not a good deal so i figured i would just close out and go about my day. well the currency exchange window had a different idea. It decided to lock up and not close. so after about 3 minutes of me being extremely confused i decided to log off. well when i came back online i had 828 gems and no gold. this is kinda ridiculous. now i can trade my gems back in for about 19 gold. I just started to really get into guild wars 2 and then this happens. Im done unless i can get refunded some way some how. Just as long as i have 26 gold 98 silver back on my account. Otherwise ill have to leave along with the friends i have been playing with. sorry but 8 gold is extremely difficult for me to gather, this set back is too much for me to justify playing any longer. Oh and yes i tried creating a support ticket but i cant log on to that account. it seems it has been disabled…. this is way too much work for a bug in the currency exchange, or trading post in general.

What you have to do is start a support ticket

They will evaluate your situation and if indeed you have hit a bug you likely get a solution offered. Which one is up to them, but likely a refund. Good luck!!

You dont need to login to file a support ticket. please read the thread I posted earlier. If you allready got a 12-digit ticket number you will get an answer from support.

They are answering and helping 24/7, but they have their own deadline of solving your problem within 72 hours max. Most of the times it is done faster however and you will be helped within several hours.
