I have 2 level 80s and now i am leveling a 3rd at level 38 , today was the last time i played with it, its a thief norn in brisban wildlands. I dont think i got dced but i switched on my main to farm but then when i decide to go back to my thief, it has been giving me that error code. i have checked my network router and settings i didnt think the prob would be from my end coz i am able to log in on my 4 other characters. Just on this one little norn i cannot log in, ii see posts about this 2 months ago but no one has posted a reply, would like some help please. Also i have made sure i am running as Admin and the firewalls arent causing this. I would not want to delete this character :S Thanks for ur time

So i have just tried logging on the same character on my laptop and it has the same error while on my other alts there is no problem logging in..

Same here I play on my laptop also. I have my main character stuck in lion’s arch after I completed my CoF runs I decided to TP to Lion’s Arch now I can’t log in on him BUT I can still log on my other characters in a different location to my main.
It comes up with game lost connection to server please wait a few minuted before restarting client again
The error code : 7:11:3:189:101

I’d suggest submitting a ticket, because if they have to manually unstick your character, they can’t do it here from the forums.
