please help me if you can a little info is enough to help me.
Your password is saved in your browser, so you can use your browser’s ‘tools’ to retrieve it. =)
CS would help you even without a Serial Code, anyway. Good luck.
^ you only need the serial code for the automated password reset process. Support can use other information to verify you for the password reset. Just send them an email, preferably from the email account that matches your guild wars 2 account.

For future reference :
For games, or any software really, save the key. I personally have an app on my phone that stores sensitive info – 1Password – and it has a category even for software keys.
Some people just have a text file saved somewhere secure.
Most business give that key a huge amount of weight in recovery – especially game companies. I know it won’t help you now, but in the future it might.
And as said :
In Chrome – go to Menu – > Settings. At the bottom, hit “Show Advanced Settings” – and look for another text link style button for “Manage Passwords”. Find the one you want and hit “Show”.
And in case you ever get locked out, try to collect as much info about when your account started as you can, that will help if you ever need to hit up support for a manual recovery.

This says it in a nutshell. There are very few cases in which having a serial code was the “deal breaker” for retrieving an account. (And those generally involved disputed ownership where two people claimed to own the account, a situation that doesn’t appear to apply to you, thank goodness!)
If you need help, we’ll use as many means as possible to help you. But I do like the advice to Save all serial codes just in case. It’s a good practice for any software, I feel.

What about those of us who got a beta key, were expecting a retail key when the game launched, but no such key was given? Ever other game I have know has given retail keys after a beta, but not this time.
I deleted my email with the beta key so dont have a serial key if it ever comes to a point I may need it.
But I do have my GW1 account linked and have the serial keys for those, so hopefully if I ever need a serial key as proof, those will do.
Remember to buy the officially endorsed GW2 Steel Series Keyboard, it supports macros!
WvW, we only care if it affects the servers we play on.
