grandmaster skills not opening

bought my grandmaster manual at trainer for 2g and it didnt open my skills in grandmaster. tried to contact csr and have still not recieved a reply. guess gonna buy again but hate to if im just gonna waste my money

Did you buy and use the Adept’s and Master’s Training Manual before? You can’t skip anyone of them and just buy and use the Grandmaster’s Training Manual.
