Why did you use the same email/password that you previously used… Common sense would tell you that both were compromised and therefor null.. Anyone with a brain would know to not use anything associated with the first hacked account.
This is why it’s taking the rest of us forever and a year to get anything responded to… It’s people that get their crap fixed and manage to screw it up again lol

I know that feeling. I haven’t played since the first but it feels like a month
this is my problem, i started a character till lvl 22, got hacked, got back on to a tottaly random account, so started another character got him to 35 now it looks like a net are deleating both accounts and starting again. frankly i will not play the same game a third time in almost a week.
So some questions:
When did you lose access to the first account?
Where did you get your game from?

Drat was hoping you had the same problems as me so you’d at least know what was going on.
Just put in a support ticket outlining the reason you’d like a refund. In a week or 2 you’ll have your money back if you’re polite.
