how do i check my support ticket?

Hi how do i find my support ticket i sent one but cant seem to find it
Check your e-mail. Spam, Junk, even Deleted mails. We send an auto-response which you should have received immediately. If you do not find it, then it’s safe to assume your ticket was never created and you should try again.
Click “Support” at the top of this page, and then “Submit a request” on the page to start a ticket. (Keep in mind that in-game reports are not tickets and will not receive a response.)

ahh ye got that but thought you could check your ticket on the website ?
Tickets are emails sent back and forth between you and CS. Whenever they respond, you will get an email, and whenever you respond back, you will do so by replying to said email.
There are no more ‘Support Accounts’.

i have completed victory or death story mode but my the ruined of arah dungeon reward track is not unlock… can anyone tell me how to solve it?
Do be aware: Any story mode completion prior to the introduction of PvP/WvW reward tracks in 15 April, 2014 will not count.
If you completed it after introduction -
You can contact the CS Team via the ‘Support’ link above/below and ‘Submit a Ticket’ for assistance.
In the meantime, if desired, you can complete an Explorable mode which also unlocks the Track.
