If I don’t agree with what being said in section 3b of the terms of service what are my options? I don’t NOT like the mention of NCSOFT having the right to charge me by the hour day week or month to play GW2 “at their sole discretion” This leave a lot of questions about the direction this game could be headed.

If I disagree with the new terms of service is a refund an option and if not how do I go about getting both my gw1 accts closed and my gw2?

I don’t see the problem, unless ANET starts actually charging a sub fee and you bought the game the week (or even being generous the month) that happens you ought to have more than got your moneys worth (assuming you dont play the oft ill treated ranger class that is) and can just not subscribe if you don’t want to.

Expansions generally do have a cost. Added content or features generally do not. We charged for Factions, Nightfall, and Eye of the North. Nothing new there. I don’t know that the clause is specifically addressing expansion, but I do know it’s been around forever… and causes someone to get concerned every time we update the UA, even though we don’t add or change that section.

Just look at it this way Gaile, at least it means that people are reading the UA, and your legal team’s time has not been entirely wasted
