i was getting annoyed with the you should reset your password’ notice that keeps popping up, i input a new password (9 characters long) but it keeps saying it needs to be more than 8 :/

The account management page will not help in this instance.

Also for resetting your password with customer support, please include all identification information such as:
Your GW2 Username
Your serial code
A character name, if any
Including this information will help to expedite your situation.

cannot log in as it doesnt accept the password(yes its a different account/password)
What part of cannot log into support do you not understand?
This isnt rocket science and shouldnt be that hard to comprehend.
2 different passwords
1 for game and 1 for support
support password isnt working
forgot the order for the game password ie numbers letters and caps, could brute force it but that would take awhile.
Its currently saved for this site and currently saved on the launcher.
Since GW1 and GW2 have been linked they both use the same password but only GW2 saves it on the launcher meaning I cannot log into GW1
