Don’t know if I am alone, I was banned for “botting, using macros” and I lost all access to the game, the website and the forum. In the first couple of days, I was still eager to get back to my game but there is just no way to get to ArenaNet. I submitted 3 tickets, I tried there phone number, their email. If you are punished for something you didn’t do and you still like to play this game, you will know what I feel. I felt insulted, disrespected, but I still wanted to play.
It was 5 days ago. Now I have lost patience, and I don’t care any more what’s going on in WVW. How ArenaNet banned me and treated me after the ban is shameful. The lack of support is amazing if there is any support. I don’t want to waste any more time and energy on a good game running a terrible team.
I demand a full refund.

Ok. first there was no reason to submit 3 tickets. You just make your issue take longer to rectify.

Second, if your ticket went unanswered for more than 3 days, post in the stickied thread so it can be escalated as a priority.

Arenanet have procedures in place to help those who have serious issues like this. Unfortunatley, people fail to follow those procedures, or think they can skip around them.

No they didnt. There is always a reason. But as i said before, people fail to follow the procedures in place to rectify the situation.

What did you just say? “There is always a reason” I wanne see your face after putting over 800 hours of effort just to get permanent banned for something you didn’t do.

Good Sir. I didn’t do anything, and i got suspended. I didn’t even talk to a gold seller instead i REPORT them. I don’t really know what’s going on with Guildwars2. I already loved the game man. Somehow it’s a pain in the heart that this is happening me.

Lani is correct. We’re on the same boat.

I got suspended before I even played the game… and I bought it right of the GW2 webshop. Where is the reason in that?

As stated above, if you got suspended the first thing you need to do is open a ticket. If more than three days have passed and there has been no answer, post in the sitcky so it can be escalated.

But we kindly as you to refrain from making threads like this as they serve no purpose nor help speeding up the process. We understand your frustration.
