so i wanna ask how much gold send via mail is legal?
will my account got freeze if i send 3G to 10 members via mail? or some high-priced things?
All amounts of gold sent are legal. To prevent RMT’s making accounts with fake creditcards they have a restriction on the system that newly created accounts cant recieve big sums of money.
However above a certain amount of gold being sent between players a suspicious flag will be placed on the transaction and a GM will inspect it.
To make the job of the GM easier and to avoid unneeded trouble it is wise to clearify in the transaction what the reason is.
The amount of gold needed to be transfered before being flagged is unknown and is not being communicated for the simple reason that the bad guys would know then too and no what to do to keep being bad guys.

As long as you don’t have any sort of contact with botters or gold sellers, you should have no issues. Arenanet needs solid proof, or the situation needs to be suspicious enough to where it’s near impossible that it was legitimate, to even ban you. In-game lotteries/prize-awarding games are not a new thing, there are many guilds that do them, and you shouldn’t fear for getting banned for handing out prizes to friends.
If sending gold through mail was a bannable offense, they wouldn’t have implemented it in the game. And if sending lots of gold was a bannable offense, they should have set a daily cap to howmuch gold you can send/recieve.
