I’m not sure where 72 hours came into this, but the team is expanding, training new people, and working very hard on these issues. I recommend you update your oldest ticket and close the other two. Multiple/duplicate tickets are one of the reasons that people are waiting so long. They do not speed your resolution, they slow it.

Hacked accounts – If you submit a support ticket for a hacked account, ensure it is properly prioritized by following these instructions. We’re resolving prioritized hacked account tickets within 72 hours. Taken from http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Game_status_updates

I`ve closed 2 tickets and left the Hacked account up 120902-008755
and i got a response
