i have sent ticket with different email n still no use though i got auto response n promotional email from guild wars 2 team n i checked spam folder too.
You should avoid submitting multiple tickets as that will slow any response you will receive. How long ago did you submit your first ticket? It can take up to 72 hours for a team member to research your ticket and respond with a solution or a request for additional information.

Then it was not even 2 days when you posted this thread. You can’t claim support does not respond if you don’t give them time to respond.
