Q:
which Version of the game do I have?
A:
Getting an account is a two-stage process. First, you buy a copy of the game, give an email address, and they’ll send you an email saying something like ‘Thank you for buying the game, here is a serial code. Now go register.’ Then you do the second step, which is registering – which requires an email address. But this email address need not be the same as the email address on which you bought the account.
This way, it is possible to buy an account for a friend, for instance. But yes, it’s entirely possible that you bought the game on one email, but registered it on another.
What Silmar said is true, but another way is simply to make a new character. If they get an in-game mail containing a 2-Week Golem Banker item, you’ve got a Deluxe edition.
If your higher-leveled characters are able to unlock the Summon Mistfire Wolf elite (provided you have enough skill points), you have the digital deluxe version. If it is not available to any of your characters, you have the normal version.

Here is a chart detailing what the different versions give you: http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Guild_Wars_2
If, for example, you have the mini Rytlock then it’s either the deluxe or collector’s.

Perhaps it was on a character you deleted. I’ve read threads on the past where they were re-sent to accounts that deleted this mini. If you want it back, you can always contact support and see what they say.
