I have noticed twice now that even though I have completed 100% of the map, that it will often revert back to 98% . Whats strange is that even though all waypoints are showing up on map, when highlighing map areas it is reporting that I am missing one waypoint in several regions.
What is causing this bug and is there anyway in fixing it, I really don’t feel I should chase my tail around searching for these " missing " waypoints again. Any ideas whats causing this?

Both the January and February game updates have seen new waypoints added to the game which were not previously there.
You will have to unlock these waypoints before you get 100% map completion again. The Golden star next to your name remains though.
