Yes and i tried putting in the philosophers stones anyways and the button was still greyed out.

Have you tried removing the crystals from your inventory? They are used for the 10 clover recipe.

Sometimes, (actually it happens rather often) changing the order with which you place the items in the forge will cause the recipe to ‘work’.

I just made clovers a couple days ago and it worked fine. Try the suggestions here hopefully one works. Maybe get on a different charater.

Is your inventory full? That can sometimes make the forge not want to work properly. Also, as suggested above, try changing the order in which you’re putting the items into the forge; that can sometimes help.
