I have the same problem :P

My launcher downloading it at 1Mb/s not 0Kb/s.
I delete local.dat then restart my PC and then wait for more than 10 mins nothing show up.
I close launcher change language wait for it to finish then wait for more than 10 mins.
Restart PC start launcher again. Can’t press play button 1 file still remain.
start GW2 with -repair launcher show up 1 file still remain then I wait again for more than 10 min
