I removed all my fractal & pristine tokens from my bank to purchase items from the fractal vendor. When I opened my inventory the tokens broke down from 250 stacks to roughly 115 in a stack. I put them back into 250 stacks, look a bit more in the list of items at vendor and they would break down again into smaller stacks.

I decided to not buy anything and went back to my bank to deposit all tokens, once again they were in smaller stacks and the 10 pristine tokens were gone! I made no mistakes at all, I didn’t delete them by accident either!

Can you credit them back to my account please? Thanks..
