The bug you asked us about should have been fixed by now. In order to resolve your issue, please try the following: (Please Note: even if you have already been to this area you will want to complete the steps below again now that the bug fix has been implemented)
1. Log into the game with the character that has the 100% world completion.
2. Go to Bloodtide Coast via Lion’s Arch and enter the Chantry of Secrets.
3. Make sure that you have claimed the “Sanctum of Secrets” Point of Interest within this map instance.
If your issue is still not resolved after completing these steps, then your problem might be caused by certain skill challenges. Some of the skill challenges require you to consume an item. If this item has been consumed in a zone other than the one in which the skill challenge is located, you will not receive the rewards for 100% world completion. If that is the case, I suggest that you revisit every map in the game and that should resolve your issue and grant you your items.
If you continue to have problems, please respond to this ticket and we will look into this issue further.

I am sorry to hear that the map achievement reward has still not appeared for you. Generally we find that players are resolving the problem by revisiting each the following cities.
- Lion’s Arch
- Rata Sum
- Black Citadel
- Divinity’s Reach
- Hoelbrak
- The Grove
If it is still not working after revisiting all of those locations, please take a screenshot of the character’s map window and attach it to this ticket.

Do you remember the very very very last poi, vista, whatever it is you got? If you do revisit that specific area and it should complete for you. Then you should receive your star and reward. Hope this helps, gl
