I got all the map completed and i also went in the chamber of secrets but still noting, so anyone give me any suggestion for me guys.

A possible fix to work around the issue is to go to each zone on the required list. Also if you went to the chamber of secrets before getting 100% completion return to it to see if that fixes the issue. Also when you go to each zone make sure you didn’t forget to accept the rewards since i believe it waits until you accept all rewards for map completion before rewarding the account medal. If you cant fix it on your own you will have to contact ArenaNet support.
