I have 100% map completion. I went to the Chancery of Secrets but I have both of those. But for some reason, my map still shows I have one poi unfound.

What has been added that is NOT showing on the maps?

I am really irritated over this since I spend a lot of silver checking each map and going into the battle grounds to verify I finished everything, but I cannot find that last poi. I even went to the Chancery of Secrets and have both of those.

SO WHAT IS MISSING that is not showing on the maps? This is very frustrating. I have checked all the cities and regions and do not see anything missing on those but for some reason my map completion is not…“complete” because of a missing poi NOT on the maps.

You can check each maps completion progress without teleporting there personally bxy hovering your mouse above their name. No need to waste silver at all. Check them all again, one surely has 99%.

I’d wager it’s either in WvW or even the PvP maps .. there are several pois in the pvp area in the mists. Another option is to revisit the various orders … there are pois within their orders once you zone in that might have been missed?

Also, I’ve heard of the bug where even if you have visited the Secrets lair, once you zone in again it updates.

sPvP doesn’t count, although WvWvW does.

However your second point is correct, some people miss the Chantry of Secrets.

Thank you all for your suggestions. I will try again today to see each map and try to find that missing poi. I have noted in the past that some poi’s match the background color so well you can miss them. I’ll see what I can find.

BTW, I did the WvWvW last night and got the map completion for all 4 of them.

I had several glitches on this method last night, where the map just did NOT show correctly …it either had the wrong map name or would not show up at all on mouse over. That is the reason I visited all those places again.

I do wish the maps were better setup for info. Sometimes it works sometimes it does not.

I did use LA’s way points nearest each border and walked through which did save me some coin. For some of the way pointing, I actually took time to kill some things for drops which paid for some of the costs…so was not quite as bad as it could have been but still it is really a pain.

I had 100 percent completion. Had my little star, got my gifts, etc. Unfortunately, the “Eating your Achievements” bug took that today. It also took my last thread of patience with this eternally bugged and broken game.

Found it! Boy, that poi was the same color as the rock it sat in. I found it of all places, in Kessex Hills in the Mafic Core, just south of the Cereboth Canyon Waypoint. It was back in that lava cave where the Champion and all those vets were lurking.

Cannot understand why it did not show up before when I moused over the map… but now I have world completion title and gifts. Yea!!!
