i have spent hours trying to complete the world map. Ive accomplished 100% when i hit the M key in game the map sayd i have completed all challenges, poi , hearts, vista, waypoints but when selecting my character after logout it says 98% world complete why is that if anyone is having this problem please share your story maybe you know how to fix this problem thank you.

Could you post 2 screenshots, 1 ingame on map screen, one on character select with mouse hovering the map medal please

Have you completed all the jumping puzzles? it might be whats missing from the medal completion percentage

all vistas are complete

the medal in the character select screen gets filled up by uncovering parts of the map, not completing hearts, vistas, etc. try looking at your explorer achievements, if you have all, then its a bug, if you don’t, then you haven’t uncovered all of the map.

ty guys ash raven helped me i recieved my gift of exploration and the world completion chest i visted the chantry of secets in fort trinity and the chest popped so hats off to ashraven and everyone else who took the time to look read and share info thanks guys

Yeah I’m sitting at 99% complete on the map, and sitting at 98% at the character select screen. I have done all WvsW, and completed everything on the map. The only thing stopping me from getting 100% completion is a skill challenge in Malchor’s leap that has been bugged for over a week now. I don’t know why the numbers of completion on the character select screen is always 1% lower than the map % in game, that may be another bug as well.

Vista is not the same as jumping puzzle.

To actually get 100% you need to uncover every area as you’ll see in the explorer tab, but the been there, done that achievement is bugged and currently won’t go past 97% nomatter how much you have.
Though I see what you wanted was just the completion reward. :p Not the 100% title.

@Logan The % on char select is supposed to reflect areas uncovered too, NOT just poi and vistas etc… to get 100% on char select you need to uncover absolutely everything.

@Nipaah Thanks for the clarification on the 2 separate achievements, I guess I will have to do all the puzzles and such to get the star for 100% achievement of everything in game, but that Skill point challenge in Malchor’s leap which is located in the map pictures I provided is still bugged and it’s been over a week, and that is all I need for the 100% achievement to get the two gifts of exploration.
