We’ll I got disappointed tonight. I hit 10K, and thought, YEA!

But when I opened the Chest, no money, no gems, no laurels, no bonus increases…

I got a couple of Bank Account Expresses, Couple of Revive Orbs, a Total Makeover Kit.

I verified my Gold balance, did not get my 30 gold. Verified my Gems, nope. and nothing on the other bonuses that I was supposed to get. I’m sad.

I did submit a support ticket, so we’ll see.

There are two steps in the reward process:

• Receiving the reward ‘chest’
• Opening the reward chest.

The first step is also when you receive gold, gems, or increases to your account-wide bonuses. The second is when you receive the boosters and other consumables.

Got my 10K by finishing Sylvari 3rd Tier Cultural Armour which left me with 68-ish Gold, Still have 68-ish Gold after the notification that I got my 10K. Had 3 gems before, bought gold to buy the armour, still have the same amount of gems. Pretty sure it didn’t come. Plus, normally, gold Bonuses show up as items you have to double click to apply. Ad my Magic Find was 171 and is now 172 not from a bonus, but because I completed Entropy again last night.

That should read, I had 3 gems, and bought gems to buy the gold I needed for the cultural armour

In that case, I’d recommend contacting Support. If you didn’t receive your items, only they can assist and that requires creating a ticket. (Follow the Support links at the top left through to Submit an Issue.)
