Hi I’ve been using 2x Monk and 2x Water on my warrior for +15% +15% Boon duration. Only recently i’ve noticed that it is not giving bonus duration for my boons anymore. The warhorn’s Charge skill used to give me >16s of swiftness but now its a flat 16s. This applies to the boons I’m getting from my shouts and signet of rage as well.
