2 Dwayna Skins, 1 disappears - Wardrobe Bug
Have you tried re-logging? Sometimes doing so can make seemingly disappeared items show up again. If that doesn’t work, I’d contact support to get the item re-sent to you (if they find an error has occurred).

Re-logging did not do a thing. That being said, I just recently bought 3 more Dwayna Greatsword Skins to hold onto (hopefully that doesn’t ruin the evidence I provided since Anet can go back and check things I am sure), yet I am still short 1 Dwayna Greatsword Skin I should be compensated for in some way, shape or form.

One more thing: Triple check that you didn’t accidentally send it to your bank. Double clicking your inventory from the Vault/Bank window can make you think you’ve lost an item when it just moved.
Also, Bug Reports (what you submitted in-game) aren’t support tickets, nor is posting here on the forums. You have to make a Support Ticket. https://help.guildwars2.com/anonymous_requests/new
One more thing: Triple check that you didn’t accidentally send it to your bank. Double clicking your inventory from the Vault/Bank window can make you think you’ve lost an item when it just moved.

Did you not view the Screenshot? The Screenshot clearly shows my Inventory and Bank ‘searches’ turn up nothing.
On another note, what I sent to Anet qualifies as a ‘Bug’ far as I’m concerned and that’s as good as a ticket to me, because I chose the ‘Support’ option in-game to send the issue I am having to Anet. There were no other options to choose from that were relevant to the issue I am having.

Ah, I didn’t notice that you’d searched in both fields in the shot. My bad there.
But a Bug Report isn’t the same as a Support Ticket. Bug Reports don’t ever get a direct response. You have to submit an actual Support Ticket to talk to anyone about getting the skin back. And you can only do that via the link I posted above.
Edit: I see I mistook one of the icons for the missing Greatsword…my bad.
Also, note: Sending an in-game Bug Report will garner no response, as indicated on the Bug Report window.

In your screenshot, I see one in the bank, and one that you used (sent to Wardrobe). That would be the two you bought (initially).

To the first half of what you said, wrong. The icon of a Dwayna Greatsword is not in my Bank as seen in the Screenshot. To the second half of what you said, I understand that now (thank you guys) to which I am going to send a ‘Support Ticket’ to Anet about this issue.
