elite supplies and rifled turret barrels are not working/not adding range to mortar.
i spawned a mortar without the two skills selected and made note of my distance. then i selected the two traits, spawned another mortar and the max distance was the same.
from the descriptions of these traits, both of them should add distance to turrets and mortars as mortars are flagged as turrets
