The 20-Slot Equipment Pact Box, which became availble as a recipe from Pact Supply Network Agents a few days ago, creates a bag that is Soulbound on Acquire. I can’t believe this would be intended.

I’m also curious about this. The only other inventory bags I know of that are soulbound are the 20-slot starter bag and a couple of random bags that you can’t obtain anymore. I mean, even the bags from personal story rewards are account bound.
If I want another character to have a 20-Slot Equipment Pact Box, I’d have to obtain another copy of the recipe and level one of the three crafting disciplines on that character.
