Guild Wars 2

So, I ran enough fractals to buy my first 20 slot equipment boxes. As I went around farming and gathering I noticed that the items that were in my 20fractal box slots did not move when I tried to compact my inventory even though I had empty slots that was available ahead. Was wondering if that was working as intended of if it was indeed a bug.

Perhaps a moderator would merge them for devs to better keep in track of this bug. I’ve also filed a bug report in game so hopefully they’ll fix this bug ASAP.

Sorry to necro the thread, but just wanted to also confirm this bug.
While the priority of items going to thoses boxes first work, when we try to compact items, the items in those bags do not move (while tooltip says nothing about it).
It might be intended, but I quite doubt it, so until they say the contrary …

This is working as intended. This applies to all such bags with a special feature: invisible, crafting material, junk bags, etc. The idea is that it allows you to organize the bag and have things stay in one place, so that they remain where you expect them to be. I find this very convenient for consumables and alternative gear sets.

Are you sure of that ? In this case, the bug is in the tooltip, which does not say anything about it …
