idk if it is refundable, if you bug the support enough you’ll probably get your relics back, it’s quite frustrating when you bought a lot of them (I bought 7 on my ele) without knowing they were bugged

Not a bug. All bag types with special mechanics do not “compact”. If you want a bag that compact, go buy the 10g one
