Its happened a few times on our Dry Top map already

on T2 she would just take off randomly. The stun bar wasn’t working
on T3 she didn’t even show up

maybe someone else can confirm

Did her several times this entire week. No problems here. We would interrupt the flight skill as intended and she would not flee. Killed her in t2,3,and 4. Maybe someone knocked her too far off the patrol path and she reset. Happens to a lot of bosses with short leash range.

Most often this happens when the moa is forced into a wall, and player’s interrupts fail to connect (obstructed) without them realizing.

I can also tell you that you should not be using fear on the Moa – Not only does it do nothing, it seems to cause immunity to some interrupts, which is really annoying for Terror built necros as it’s a good chunk of their damage.
