Guild Wars 2

This is getting ridiculous.
For the past 3 years, ever since my account name was changed, I have not been able to whisper anyone properly. When I have been logged in for an extended period of time and I right click someone’s name and click whisper… nothing happens. 5-6 minutes later, the whisper becomes active and my controls freeze because the keys start typing into the chat bar. This is INCREDIBLY annoying! The same thing happens if I try to type /w name.
There are also times when I can’t see the names of people who have left my guild, I thought it might be another thing that stems from this problem.

This has been happening for THREE YEARS now. As a guild leader, this broken functionality has made it very difficult for me to do my job. I would appreciate it if I could get some sort of feedback on how or if this will ever be fixed.
