I created at least one character that I know of the same day as launch. My husband received his presents but I have none!
this makes me sad.

Write /age while ingame and check if your total has reached atleast 1460 days played on the character which you think that has reached this. When this is the case and you havent recieved it on the specific character then you can contact support.

You can also use GW2 Efficiency or similar sites, so you can check all your characters at once.

Just as a heads up, you need to log into the character that turned 4. Fourth birthday is not account wide, it’s character based, so if you don’t play the main you made back 4 years ago anymore, you won’t get your present until you log in.

Glad you said that, because there’s another thing that might prevent the present being distributed. If you have a lot of stuff waiting for you at the Black Lion trade post, go collect it. For some reason it interferes with either mail or bouncy chests.

Birthday presents are character specific and you only get birthday presents for existing characters.
