I’m getting error code 5:11:3:159:101 when trying to get into Diessa Plateau either by waypoint or walking in from adjacent zones. One of my characters is currently in Diessa Plateau and I cannot log in on that character because of this.

Started happening after updating to the new build this morning (around 5am GMT?). The last thing I did before updating was log out on my character that was in Diessa Plateau.

And with the -maploadinfo command, I see I’m stuck in STATE_SERVER_WAIT when loading Diessa Plateau, none of the numbers changing with the exception of time elapsed which ticks up normally.

If anyone knows a know fix or workaround, I’d greatly appreciate it.

My all characters camp in Lions Arch , but i wanted to travel to Diessa Plateau and i had the same code error like you, game crashed each time . I’ve tried enter DP with 3 different charactes , same error

I’m in the exact same situation as you. Logged out from Diessa Plateau yesterday and now when I try to log in I get the same error. No problem logging in with my other chars that are in other places.

Same here, same error code. Happens with both 32bit and 64bit GW2 Client.

Unable to log into any character currently in Diessa – The Mordrem must have corrupted the code!

No pb whatsoever with any other character, though.

The server/instances with IP 206.127.146.119 are broken. It’s been 3 days this is happening. Maps I saw affected: Divinity’s Reach, Frostgorge Sound, now Diessa Plateau.

Workaround: Before you teleport to the map, de-represent all guilds, go to character selection, guest on another server (try the ones that are nation-specific, like a spanish, french or german server). Won’t work every time but you have a chance to get on the map.

yesterday I logged out with a character in Diessa Plateau and today I can not access this character any more.

quick question for those with -maploadinfo command on, is the IP you’re getting on .119:0?

Just want to post that I have the very same problem, trying to access Diessa Plateau, end up with error, code=5:11:3:159:101. Game crash and I need to restart the game.

Error 5:11:3:159:101 has been occuring not just in Diessa Plateau for me.
It started happening yesterday on November 4 somewhere in the afternoon (CET).
These 3 zones/instances have been problematic for me so far:
- Lion’s Arch
- Dreamer’s Terrace (The Grove home instance)
- Forest of Niflhel

Guesting seemed to solve it for me.

Yup it is. IP 206.127.146.119 seems to be the problem. Guesting may put you into a different server and this has solved the issue for some people but it has not worked for me since it keeps putting me on 206.127.146.119 anyways.

It doesn’t seem to be working for me either (Diessa Plateau) /sadface.

Same here, opened a ticket 4 hours ago and the poor guy doesn’t have a clue of whats going on.

Same error, same ip address.
My Chronomancer is in Diessa right now, and he have all my good stuff, like salvage o matic and watchwork mining pick.

Same here,I can assure you it’s not your hardware it’s the game.

After today last “build” I can not enter Diessa Plateau. Every time I try teleport to any wp or enter thru portal I get this (Code=5:11:3:159:101) and after click “ok” my game just close and open launcher.

I have Living season 2 mission(Plan of Attack) there

I am experiencing the same error this really sucks.. my main is stuck there until this gets fixed

looks like I am not the only one suffering from his problem, so hopefully it will get fixed soon.

Keep getting this as well at random times when trying to use a waypoint or enter an instance. So annoying and its pretty much making the game unplayable…

Other zones are no problem.

Can confirm, I also have the same bug and the same error message. None of my characters can enter the Diessa Plateau in any way, shape or form. Not via WP, not via map transition.

I guess I’ll grab that Rhand Water another time.

Yep, I have the same problem. Network error 5:11:3:159:101 when trying to enter Diessa Plateau, no matter if it’s by teleport or portal.

Ok so i’m getting the same error code which first appeared after getting the latest patch.

Did the claw of Jormag event, ported back to divinity reach and got a network error, but the game didnt crash…i logged out after that as it was late late.

Today i’ve tried like others to get to Diessa Plateau for the quick vista for the dailey and get the same network error.

After logging back into the game i get the ‘waypoint you’ve choosen is contested’ message come up and i’m back to the original point from when i first tried to enter the plateau.

Looks like that whole map’s waypoints are bugged.

Same network error as everyone else when trying to log into my main who’s in Diessa. Can we get a little feedback about when to expect this problem to be fixed? It would take a few seconds to let us all know.

I got it to work again.

Go into C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Guild Wars 2
Delete or rename the local.dat (for example local_old.dat)
I also had a lot of files named like GFXSettings.Gw2.000.xml, so I deleted all files with the xml ending.

I then ran gw2.exe. This created a new local.dat and a new GFXSettings.Gw2.exe.xml, and I could now get into Diessa Plateau.

A last comment. This will require you to insert your username and password again, as this is saved in the local.dat file.
