If you have only submitted bug reports in-game, you will get no ‘response’, as the statement in the Bug-report window indicates.

For individualized responses, you need contact CS, and submit a ticket. Top of Page – Support – Submit a Request.

If you have submitted a ticket, you can post your ticket number in the Sticky (Tickets 3 Days and Older) found in Account Issues.

It appears from your previous posts, that this issue began April 19th. So, some may be confused over the ‘5 weeks’ statement. Others have just recently reported this bug, I am sure someone is working on it. =)

Your screenshot doesn’t show a reward as being selected.

Does selecting one of the choices provide an accept button below them?

• If so, is this accept button unable to be clicked?
• If it can be clicked, does it simply not progress to placing the item in your inventory and dismissing the pop-up?

Perhaps your inventory is full so it cannot place the selected reward into your inventory.

Also, as this is part of the Norn Personal Story, your screenshot seems to show this shield as persisting on your screen even after exiting the instance.

• Did you exit the Personal Story instance prior to accepting your reward choice?
  • If so, did you waypoint out of the instance, go into the red area and get kicked out, or manually click the Exit Instance button above your minimap (which should not have been available to you until after you received the reward) to exit the Personal Story instance?

What step of your personal story does your Hero Panel display you as currently being on? The Championship Fight (still) or Rumors of Trouble (the next chapter)?

Have you tried doing a heart quest in a zone, map complete an area, or complete your daily to then spawn a chest above your minimap? Perhaps bringing up one of these chest awards will overwrite this stuck Personal Story reward screen.

More information is needed to try to determine a way to get it off of your screen.
