The #6 on Soldiers Runes Doesn’t work with Shake it Off or Shrug it Off
This should activate twice when used together. Once for the skills removal and once because it’s a shout and “Shouts remove conditions” with rune #6.
The Rune works with all the other shouts and the skill works on it’s own but they don’t work together.
