Probably Chantry of Secrets in Bloodtide Coast. It is the only PoI that is in an instance but counts for world completion. The entrance is at the Deadend Cave PoI on Stormbluff Isle.

Did you go into the Chantry of Secrets in Bloodtide Coast? There’s a POI inside that doesn’t show on the map information.
That was the last one I needed and at first could not find.
