Are you using the 32-bit client or the 64-bit one? Currently, it appears that the 64-bit client crashes entering this story instance, but I was able to go into it using the 32-bit launcher.
Have same problem as OP with 64 bit crashing as soon as I get past loading screen and this is the first and only crash I have had with 64 bit client. Only way to get on with PS is to use 32 bit client instead.
