Promotion to Rugged Leather is bugged.

This recipe does not work:
– 250 Coarse Leather Section,
– 1 Rugged Leather Section
– 5 Pile of Luminous Dust
– 3 Philosopher’s Stone

Sometimes, in recipes, it’s the Dust that is inaccurate. Might try a different tier of Dust. Might be worth a try.

In no way am I saying it isn’t bugged, I’ve no idea. But, if you were wanting to promote….

I am sorry that didn’t work. Last time there was a Dust-bug recipe, it was fixed after not too long a time. Hopefully, this time, as well. =)
