Guild Wars 2

I did the first part of the Norn PS “A Pup’s Illness” before the feature patch up to and including talking to Shaman Gamli. Post patch I used a level 20 scroll so I should be able to continue the story, but the Shaman Gamli step is crossed out and there’s nothing after it. If I zone to Holebrek I get an arrow leading back to Wayfarer, but no waypoints, arrows or any other indicators in the zone itself. Apparently I should be on the Retrieve Winter Sage step, but there’s nothing in the area where that quest should be.

I’m having the exact same issue on the same story step. It’s been that way for me since patch day

Same issue, I believe I got distracted by heart and didn’t kill spawned mobs. Now it says I already talked to Shaman Gamli, and no next step.
